Mentoring Program

How Does Our Mentoring Program Work?

All CC or CC above members who agree to commit to fulfill mentor's responsibilities are qualified to be mentors.

New members will be assigned a fixed mentor by MVP. After 5 speeches, members decide whether to have fixed mentor or unfixed mentor. If one member want to have unfixed mentor for next 5 speeches, he or she can invite different mentors) to coach one of his or her different speechs.

Mentees should proactively approach mentors for help and mentors will provide guidance and advice as requested.

After 3 months, a survey will be filled by mentees to screen any unmet needs
